Friday Fancies – Red Avec Leopard

Friday Fancies – Red Avec Leopard

In honour of World Aids Day yesterday, this week’s fancies are all about red…also seems fitting with the holidays now just around the corner.
I named my child Scarlett, so I obviously find something about the colour appealing…my only beef with red is that it just doesn’t seem to play well with many other shades…it’s a bit bossy.
There are some exceptions though.
My favourite red mixers are pink, camel and leopard.
Today, I’m sticking with….
It’s pretty fab…

and looks kind of fabulous when mixed into an ensemble…
Happy almost weekend and don’t forget to check out the other fancies HERE.

I love all the red you showed here but I have a hard time using much of it in interiors. It really is fantastic with the leapoard.

Such a classic combo for the sophisticated sexy gal…I’ve had that Kate Moss shot bookmarked for years…loving how red+spots could look so demure in one case and totally rockstar in another! Great post!

    Peace. Love. LOL!

I’m smitten and absolutely sold on the idea.

Will you be adding any red into your own home? It looks ravishing with pale pink πŸ˜‰

ps- it plays well with others when done in small doses. Like chair upholstery, or trim, or… stuff.

The red and leopard combo is unbelievably sexy w/o ever showing skin. You should create a collection in Srsly:

I think their should be a fan club for leopard and red. Definitely not for the light hearted. Me? I would wear it daily if I could, lol.
