Cecilia Carlstedt Illustration and a Bijou Room

Cecilia Carlstedt Illustration and a Bijou Room

I have no words for this sweetly seductive work by Cecilia Carlstedt….other to say that I’m in love.

The overtly feminine feel to these illustrations is just blow my mind gorgeous.
And because I’m so completely enamoured with Ms. Carlstedt’s work, here’s a little bijou office with one of her pieces as its centerpiece.

{rug, bookcases, horns, pencil holder, pillows are Jayson Home and Garden, lamps and desk are 1st Dibs, chair is Pieces, curtains are just taken from samples of pink silk, wallpaper is Wisteria-Farrow and Ball, artwork is Cecilia Carlstedt}
I strongly encourage you to venture over and see more examples of Cecilia Carlstedt’s amazing talent.
{edit- since creating this post, her website has gone under construction so you might have to wait a few days to see more}
And ps, since we’re on the topic of gorgeous, if you haven’t already entered for your chance to win an exquisite pom pom necklace from the Vamoose, click here.
These two necklaces are one of a kind and are only available through this giveaway!

    I love that office! You should adopt everything for your home! Haha.

    And thanks for the info on the blue stool at Ikea. I’ll take a look. And I know the exact yellow sideboard from Ikea that you are lusting after. It was between that one and another one for my dining room and I chose the other one…I don’t exactly regret it, but whenever I see it (Danielle Oakey’s home!), I get a little jealous πŸ™‚
