A Bijou Pink Christmas – The Decor

I thought I would share a few of my holiday shots.

To start, the pink.

{How cute is my j’adorable pooch Lola?}
The Christmas table.

And the last bit of pink….

this amazing pink drip painting that I received from the very talented Brandi of
I signed up for her DIY gift swap this year and this is the gorgeous treat that arrived at my door.
She honestly couldn’t have made a more perfect present for me.
I absolutely adore it.
Thank you Brandi!!!!
Hope you all had a wonderful holiday!

I love your Christmas table – it is gorgeous.

I was trying to find some pale & bubblegum pink ornaments this year but didn’t have any luck!

Oh, I want to hear more about this DIY gift exchange! Sounds like a fab idea {provided the right people are involved}!

If I didn’t know better I’d think your table was straight out of a magazine! It’s so beautiful. I’m swooning over your pink tree. A Christmas tree stand popped up on my drive to work and they had this gorgeous pink flocked tree I wanted it so bad!

Thanks for posting my painting. I’m so happy that you’re so happy with it!

What a fun home! I think if I brought home a pink tree my family would think I went off the deep end, but it really works in yours. Your drip painting is tres chic! Love your chairs {Ikea?} I was eyeing them for my never-ending-decorating-my-daughter’s- room project!

Love your “spoils” as well. Wanted a Coach bag for my birthday, my sister and parents pitched in and I did get an awesome look alike – in a bright red. My problem is my birthday is a month before Christmas – and I turned 40, so I was spoiled then. Did get my dream Kitchen Aid for Christmas, a bit practical I know but wanted it 🙂

Hope you are all better, we had a few sick ones here as well:)

fantastic!! I love all the touches, especially the tree. This was my first year with a real tree, and it may be my last… just too much work. You may have inspired me to do a white tree next year. (Can’t quite make the jump to pink, but white is a baby step!)

Argh- just typed a huge response and it just erased:( Here goes round two.
Cara- Brandi organized the exchange- all you had to do was sign up and and then make a gift for the person who you were assigned- I made some jewelry for my recipient and it was lots of fun- excited to do it again next year!
Jadyn- happy to ‘meet’ you- I love getting to know fellow Canadian bloggers.
Roses- the chairs are from IKEA and the ghost chairs on the end are knock off Stark Ghost chairs.
Barbara- sorry to hear you had sickies in your house too- we’ve had this going around for more than a month now and I am soooo over it.
Leigh- so happy you liked the photo and you know I ADORE your work!!
Nancy- I ordered the tree from a place called Treetopia- it came in 5 days and I’m very pleased with it- I would definitely recommend them..my only issue with the tree is the lights- they’re a really bright pink so at night, the tree kind of looks like a lava lamp- in the day time though, super!
Sarah- anytime my dear! Excited for our next soiree!
Chassity- you’re too sweet and don’t I wish!
And everyone else…thank you so so much for your sweet comments- I absolutely love reading them everyday and it means so much to me to have my readers take the time to say such nice things- THANK YOU!!! xoxoxo

some experience with something like this. Please let me know
