08 Oct Friday Fabrics- Spotlight Christopher Farr
For my first Friday Fabrics feature, I thought it important to spotlight the work of one of my absolute favourite textile designers- Christopher Farr. His prints are completely sublime and bring modern elegance to any room. The colourways of each pattern are so saturated and really pop- great kelly greens, fushia pinks and lemon yellows. Below is a sampling of my favourite prints and colourways.
Enjoy!!

I have just purchased 4 yards of carnvial in the berry colourway (below) from my new blogging friend Katie, whose blog Revival is one of my favourite daily reads. I am so excited for it to arrive!!!

Posted at 16:21h, 03 MayI have received a gift of about 12 yards of Michael Szell’s design. The fabric is silk with bright greens, blues, and reds on an off white back ground.
On the salvage of the fabric it says Michael Szell London Hand printed in England.
I am trying to determine the value. I don’t want to sell it as I intend to use it on my wall, but just curious.
